Temp 35, DP 24, wind from east at 5 MPH.
Parked at Tennis Center and ran Hains Point. Fartlek warm-up, and then a 4 mile tempo in 27:27 (6:54/6:57/6:49/6:47). Jogged for 10 minutes after and then did six "200m" reps. Used the bike lines for "300m" to "500m" for the first 5 reps (maybe a bit short) and then the line for "200m" to "finish" for the last (which I think was long.
My gait and balance felt much smoother. I like the Takumi Sen 8, though it left me with a blister in the right arch.
L/R balance at 46.7/53.3
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs as well as dark chocolate.
Warmed up with heavy longsleeve and tights; swapped to normal longsleeve and tights for workout.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus one puff of rescue, breathing good.
