On Treadmill. Used Stryd for distance/speed.
Set workout as alternating between:
-2 sets of 70 seconds at an incline of 4.5 and speed of 8.8 mph
-10:00 at between 9.1 and 9.3 MPH, incline of 0.5
Recovery after each was 2:30 at 6.6 to 6.8 mph with 0.5 incline.
Set list was Deep Dish - Yoshiesque 2 (west coast) for warm-up; Crystal Method - Live at Electric Daisy Carnival 2011 (Las Vegas) for workout; Stanton Warriors - Live at Slut Garden, Burning Man 2016 for cooldown.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff resuce
GI was good - rice, hemp powder, smores and salter water melon GUs
