Notes

Starting temp 66, DP 64; ending temp 67, DP 65, wind of 3 MPH from SW.

Parked at Thompson's and did a loop to the Washington Monument/Tidal Basin/MLK memorial before doing 3 clockwise Hains Points loops. Ran this one progressive, with the first 5 miles averaging 9:14; next 5 miles averaging 7:49; next 5 miles averaging 6:58, and then a mile cooldown.

This felt good - possibly slightly harder than true marathon effort at the end of the run. Left calf felt slightly tight at times and left/right balance was right dominated at that time. Very dark for first mile of run.

Wore the ankle supports, which felt mostly good. Left sural nerve was very irritated after the run.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and Maurten and Salted Watermelon GUs - sat well. Ate half an expresso GU at mile 9; carried water.

Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
