Temp 34, DP 17, wind of 8 MPH from NW (seemed like more).
Parked at Peirce Mill, and did an out-and-back to Joyce Road, and then another to East-West Highway and back. Used the trail on the MD side.
First 5 miles averaged 9:32 pace; next 5 miles averaged 8:25 pace, next 4.5 averaged 7:17 pace
Felt a bit better on the downhills than I have previously.
L/R balance at 46.3/53.7
Breakfast was rice, hard boiled egg, Smores and Birthday Cake GUs, and dark chocolate. Sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good
Wore heavy longsleeve and thin tights - right clothes for the weather.
