Temp and DP 71; wind of 9mph from south (but not really a factor).
The workout was 3x10 second hills; 2x3200m at tempo with 2 laps jog, 6x0:45 hills (rotating easy, moderate, hard), and then 4x200m. Splits were 14:18 and 14:10 with 5:38 jog, and then 48, 47, 47, 47. The 0:45 second hills ended up being shorter in duration because I kept running out of hill.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower seed butter, Clif chocolate gel, and salted caramel - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing good.
