Temp 48, DP 34, wind of 13 mph from NE; pollen of 9.7.
Workout was 2x1600, 2-4x800, and then some 200s. I ran 6:45 (plus a 2 second reset break), 6:38, 3:15, 3:14, 48, 46, 46, 48. Recoveries were 4:3x-4:5x after the 1600s and about 3 minutes between the 800s. Full recovery for the 200s.
The splits look OK, but this was an awful morning. My legs just kept locking up on me, especially any time I tried to accelerate or I heard a noise behind me. It seemed to come down to two things - my feet clenching involuntarily and my hamstrings locking. All I can do is keep working, I guess.
Breakfast was rice, egg whites, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus two puffs of rescue. Breathing a bit tight.
