Starting temp 73/ DP 72; ending temp 77/DP 72. No wind, AQ moderate. Overcast for nearly all of the workout, which helped
Did two sets of 2k, 1200, 1600 at tempo effort with ~3 minutes jog between reps and ~6 minutes jog between sets. Finished with 2x200 with full recovery. This was at WL track
Splits were 8:48, 5:17, 6:59; 8:44, 5:14, 6:54; and then 48 and 47.
This felt smooth, hard but controlled. Pretty happy with it for where I am.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, vanilla GU and chocolate clif gel - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing fine for the conditions.
Wore my arm coolers - they helped.
