Temp 40, DP 39. Wind from north at 3 mph.
Workout was 1600, 4x800 - ran 7:05, 3:22, 3:20, 3:16, and 3:16. 5:27 recovery after the 1600; 2:33-3:07 recoveries between the 800s.
Legs had no pop whatsover. I swapped back to the Adios 2s, but I think they are dead.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted carmel Gus and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus one puff of rescue - breathing OK
Wore tights and longsleeve - felt fine.
L/R balance is 48.2/51.8
