Starting temp 75, DP 71; ending temp 83, DP 74. Wind from north at 5 mph.
At Greenbrier track did 3 short (10 second) hills, then 2x2K in 8:54 and 8:49. Then jogged over to 27th Street for six 30 second hill repeats (cycling between easy, moderate, and hard) before back to the track for another 2K (8:45) and 2x1K in 4:21 and 4:18. Just about 3 minute recovery between each part of this workout)
Gait felt improved for this. Tired (but didn't get much sleep last night).
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue - breathing good.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, salted caramel GU and chocolate clif gel - sat well.
L/R balance at 49.1/50.9
1mg Artane at around 5 am.
Wore arm-coolers and needed them.
