Notes
Starting temp 77, DP 75; ending temp 80, DP 73. Wind of 16 MPH from NW.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren. Then took Noland to Rt 7 all the way to the W&OD, which I took back to the alternative Custis, Jefferson, and then Wilson all the way to Pollard. Ran with Tony Gao for most of it, which was a nice surprise and a pleasant run.
Definitely dragging and achy - I don't handle (not-so) late nights the way I used to.
