Was on track to run around 5:30 or below and win the thing until I tied up and then tripped and fell. Goddamnit.
Ate my race breakfast around 4 pm - rice, hemp powder, expresso, slated caramel, and blueberry roctane GUs. Half a berry stroopwafel at 5 pm
Took Asthma meds around 3:45. Advair 250 and Qvar. Two puffs rescue before race.
Breathing and stomach both very good.
