On Treadmill with Stryd (music was Rusty Nails mix of Nine Inch Nails).
This was supposed to be alternating short hills and 10 minute tempo, but the treadmill went on the fritz, shutting down during the first 10 minute segment. Rebooted it and then restarted the workout, but the belt started feeling a bit funny after about 20 minutes, so I just shut the workout down at that point.
The workout as completed was two 70 second hills, a bit less than a mile at 6:26 pace. Then take a break, reset the treadmill, warm up again, and do two more 70 second hills, followed by a 10 minute tempo at 6:25 pace. Another 70 second hill, and then I shut down the mill.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GU - sat OK.
Breathing was very good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and one puff of rescue.
