34 degrees. Nice easy run in Westchester County. Ran from Doral Arrowwood to Purchase College campus, and did 3 loops of campus. Definitely chilly at first (rainy and dark) but then the rain stopped and it was nice, albeit with some gusty wind. Felt very good - perky, even. Right foot slightly crampy for first mile, then fine.
This campus works really well for a run. Some hills, but nothing outrageous -- I can tempo here next time.
Followed up with injury prevention work at gym - squats (3x8 at 115, 135, 145 and 1x4 at 155) and good mornings (2x10 at 95)
