Temp 34, DP 21, wind from north at 3 MPH.
Did a workout of 2000, 4x800, 2x200 in 8:51, 3:20, 3:17, 3:16, 3:12, 46 and 46. 5:30 recovery after the 2000, mostly 3 minute recoveries after the 800s. Full recovery for the 200s.
Mostly worked with Ari, new girl, and Chris Carney. Had some stiffness issues that improved as it got lighter. The final 800 felt great.
L/R balance at 48.6/51.4
Breakfast was rice, eggs, salted caramel and smores GUs, and some dark chocolate. Had a bit of VCD/asthma at start - need to add in Pepto
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and two puffs of rescue - needed both.
Wore thin tights and thick longsleeve - right for the conditions
