breakfast was rice/hemp powder, salted watermelon and smores GUs on train, plus coconut stroopwafel and half a berry one. Then had some more rice and expresso, salted caramel, and blackberry GUs, plus some watermelon jelly beans and other half of berry stroopwafel.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 3 puffs of expired rescue inhaler. Felt tight before race, but no breathing issues during.
