Gorgeous. 50 deg, DP of 40.
Ended up sticking to 5K, which is what George wanted me to do. 4M was sounding tempting at the start, but once I got into it, I realized he was probably right about the 5K, so upped the pace. Splits were 6:27, 6:18, 6:14, and then 44. I could have finished out the 4, but goal for the next 2-3 weeks is NOT to push anything, but just relax and recover and refresh.
Lungs still a bit hurting. took two puffs of inhaler at 5:45 am, and another 2 at 6:15.
Followed up with injury prevention work, including squats (3x8 at 115, 135, 150) good mornings (2x10 at 105) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 25).
