On rental treadmill, distance by Stryd, which was reading a bit slower than the treadmill. Cycled through:

-2:00 at 3.0 incline first four reps at 8.8 MPH, then 8.9 for two, then 9.0 for two.

-1:30 at 0.5 incline, speed 6.9

-0:30 at 0.5 incline, speed at 10.0 for first two, 10.1 for second two, 10.2 for third two, and 10.3 for last two

-1:00 at 0.5 incline, speed 6.9

Felt good. Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing was good.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores, berry, and gingerade GUs - sat well.

Listened to Sasha and Digweed's 2002 set at Nation - was a bit too mellow for this workout.
