Temp 74, DP 72 (and pollen at 10.2 out of 12). Very light drizzle. Breathing was tough even with the asthma drugs - I guess there's only so much that can be helped when the humidity and the pollen is this bad. Had some problems catching my breath. But that's a confidence builder -- if this is what I can run when holding back due to my stupid lungs, then I'm excited to see what I can run in good air.

Workout was a pyramid 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. Splits were 89, 2:54, 4:22, 5:48, 4:22, 2:47, and 77.

Shoes were ridiculously soggy by the end of the workout. Last 400 a bit of a mess, because I jumped the gun on the group and ended up swinging out to let the faster people pull past me. Ooops.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 145, 165), good mornings (3x10 at 115), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
