Temp/DP 68, wind of 15 MPH from south.

Workout was 400/800/1200/1200/800/400 with an optional 1600. I skipped the 1600 and did 2x200 at the end after. Splits were 97, 3:16, 4:56, 4:53, 3:12, 90, and then 42 and 42. Recovery of 76 seconds after the first 400, just over 3 minutes for most of the rest (3:30 after the second 1200). Full recovery for the 200s, which were done with a tailwind. Worked with Lauren and JD for most of these, with Chris Carney just ahead.

Footpod was set at 101.6, which seemed OK to slightly short on the track.

Breakfast was rice ,hemp powder, and smores and salted caramel Gus - sat well

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue during warm-up.
