Did hill reps up Iwo Jima. - go hard for the up (.31), then easy jog, 150m stride, and another easy jog. Averaged 7:32 pace for the full circuit.
Worked with Jessica, Lauren, Karina, and the two Emilys -- we were a good group, and I was a bit better about working with the group (I thoughts). Did 2 puffs of inhaler 10 minutes before. Reps felt good for most part; 6 was the right #. No stomach issues or breathing trouble - YAY!
