Temp 22, DP 3. Did 8 hill repeats (well...7.8 hill repeats, because I was running late and had to join the workout in progress). Worked with Kate and Dan. Good to have the gang back together. Felt really good on these - kept them in control.

Breakfast was Maple Bacon GU, hemp powder, brown rice, chocolate stroopwafel. Advair 100/50 and two puffs of Qvar. Breathing was fine for workout, but tough for swimming after.
