Temp 77, DP 71. Started a Pershing Loop from yoga, then continued out Pershing to George Mason to Rt 50. Picked up 4 Mile Run at Carlin Springs, and took that to the Bluemont back to George Mason. Then I took the Custis before turning off for home. Did drills and 4 hill sprints after. Testing out new Adios 2s.
