Temp 48, DP 44, wind of 5 MPH from north.
Did 4x200m with full recovery - first 2 were relaxed, second 2 were hard. Split 43, 43, 39, 38. Then jogged over to the Custis MM 2 hill to do 4 hill sprints before jogging home.
Happy with how my legs felt. I did tie up a lot at the end of the two hard 200s.
