Temp 53, DP 46. Garmin says wind of 7 mph from south, but felt like it was from the north.

Did 8 Iwo Jima hill repeats, stopping at the one way sign on the way up, and the manhole on the way down (might be .10 and not .11 for the stride). Had to dodge several cars for this one.

Gait very rough during first mile of warm-up, and then improved. Much better for last four reps.

1 tap Sinemet at 4:45 and a second at 8:45. Seems like it takes about an hour to kick in.

Breakfast was rice, cereal, and vanilla and chocolate clif gels - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue before workout.

L/R balance of 48.3/51.7

Wore sportsbra and shorts - very different from a week ago.
