Notes
Temp 52, DP 38, not too much wind. Did 4x1200, working with Dan and trailing pack of Chris C, Chris M, Jenn, Stephanie, and some others. Splits were 4:40 (with 1:40 first lap while warming up), 4:32, 4:29, 4:26.
Breathing good. Felt tired from Sunday's race, but workout went well -much faster than I had planned.
Breakfast was hemp powder, salted cucumber GU, brown rice, and chocolate stroopwafel.
Left hamstring slightly nervy.
