Notes
Starting temp 20, DP 13; ending temp 25, DP 17. From home, picked up Custis to W&OD to Van Buren. Then did the loop of Noland St to Rt 7 to Lee Highway to the W&OD. However, the W&OD wasn't cleared at the power station, so headed back down to Westmoreland, and looped a bit around East Falls Church before taking W&OD back to Custis to MM 2. Stopped there and did 4 hill sprints before running home.
Felt surprisingly decent - didn't feel as cold as I expected. Trails much less icy than I expected, though there were some bad patches in Falls Church.
Right post tib was totally fine - forgot about it.
