I guess a dewpoint of 70 is humid, but still so much better than what we've been dealing with.

This went pretty well - workout was 1600, 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400 with half-distance recoveries. Splits were 6:19, 4:38, 4:38, 2:58, 2:58, 83, and 80. I focused on just staying relaxed and not worrying about splits, and it worked well.

Big goals were a) to finish the workout, and b) to be better about not running up on anyone. I accomplished the first, and was happy with that (felt like myself again, as opposed to the last 10 days or so). Almost accomplished the second, and then got bunched up in a group for the 400, and almost tripped up Will. Gah. I need to equip my teammates with tasers, apparently., Maybe that'll fix the problem.

2 puffs of inhaler beforehand, as well as a shot of pepto. Did injury prevention work afterwards, including 3x8 squats at 95, 115, 125, and 3x10 good mornings at 85.
