Did 6 sets of 5 minutes at 8.4 MPH with 1 minute jog at 6.0 MPH. Full recovery, and then 6 sets of 1:20 jog at 6.0 MPH and 40 seconds at 10.0 MPH.
L/R balance at 48.2/51.8
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and 2 puffs of Qvar - breathing good.
