Temp 53, DP 42. No wind. Pollen of 11.4.
Headed down to Hains Point and did a 4 mile tempo in 27:46 (7:05/7:01/6:55/6:45). Wore my very old Vaporflys which had no bounce to them.
L/R balance at 47.9/52.1 Left leg gimpy at times, but worked through it.
Breathing was OK - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 3 puffs of rescue.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores/salted caramel GUs, plus a bit of dark chocolate.
Sportsbra weather.
