On Fluffy - incline at 1% due to plywood.
Did 6x1K at 9.3 mph with 75 second jog. Planned to do between 5 and 7; 6 felt like the right number, so I stopped with that. Full recovery and then 6x45 seconds at 10 MPH with 75 seconds easy.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, berry, and birthday cake GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Breo and Qvar - breathing good.
Wore ankle braces; L/R balance at 48/52.
