Ran very easy (but HR elevated -- clearly not recovered yet)

Finished up with leg strength training and Drills at Mint. Did walking lunges, leg press, quad curls, hamstring curls, and hip flexor lifts, as well as high knees.

Achilles was stiff and burned a little, but never hurt.
