Temp 40, DP 34 - just about perfect.

Workout was 400, 800, 1200, 1200, 800, 400, and then tossed in 2x200 after full rest.

Tough workout. Splits were 84, 2:54, 4:17, 4:15, 2:50, and 84, then 36 and 37. Essentially, I ran the 1200s too hard, and paid the price on the 800 and (especially) the 400 (I couldn't catch my breath at all between 800 and 400). But still good practice on staying tough and focused as my legs tied up.

Did full recovery, and then the 200s. Just did 2 -- the darn 400 was enough practice running on tired legs.

Then Kelsey and I cooled down on the Custis.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym - squats (4x8 at 115, 135, 145, 155), good mornings (3x10 at 115) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 25 - these were hard).

Used inhaler a lot before. Pollen was "high", but not that bad -- breathing problems were because I ran the 1200s too fast.
