Temp 37, DP 34. Not much wind, a bit of sleet. Pollen was 8.6
Did 6x800, focusing on staying relaxed in shoulders and hips. Ran 3:30, 3:25, 3:25, 3:23, 3:23, 3:23 with 2:2x-2:3x recovery after each.
HR jacked up (I didn't sleep well last night). L/R balance at 49/51, which was good.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue. Breathing good.
BReakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GU, and dark chocolate. HR way elevated, though this sat well.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve- maybe slightly warm.
