Temp 36, DP 25. Out and back on C&O Towpath with Evan (and Susanna and Jonathan for first 2-3). Did first 7 easy, then picked it up to MP. I was shooting for 7:15 for two and then 7:05 for the last, but way overshot (7:08 pace and then 6:50). But felt easy.
