Temp 76, DP 71. 6 hill reps of Iwo Jima, working with Matt, Chris C, Dan, Kate W, and Jeanette (for last two). First hill workout on Advair 250/50 - really neat how my lungs don't grab up near the top. Vocal cord stuff better also. My legs felt a little tired from the start, but they never got that "dead" feeling they sometimes get during this workout.

Pretty hot, so took short water breaks every two reps.
