Temp 70, DP 69. Did 8x800, working with John, and also Katie for the first 4. Rachel, Ryan, Dan, and Kate ahead of us. Ran these conservatively to make sure I got 8 in. Was very happily surprised to see that "conservative" gave me splits of around 3 minutes for each. Splits were 3:06, 3:04, 3:00, 2:58, 2:59, 2:57, 2:58, 2:52.
One puff Foradil in morning, 3 puffs albuterol before workout.
