Crawlin Crab Half-Marathon. Temp 59 - weather says DP of 54, but that doesn't make sense, as it was raining on and off. Winds of 15-20 mph from north, according to Brian, also lots of gusts. A very blustery morning.
This was a really tough one, but got it done. Stomach was nauseous (felt like I wanted to puke when done).
1 puff of Dulera before; because stomach was bad, just nursed one gel the entire race.
