Temp and DP 48, no wind, pollen of 9.2 (tree)
Did 8 hill repeats at Iwo Jima - extended the up part all the way to the far crosswalk, then skipped the downhill stride. Felt a bit dull due to the UC meds, but breathing and glutes very good. Up was between 2:19 and 2:31, recoveries down in 2:5x.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, ginger, and salted watermelon GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue before start.
