Temp 41, dp 36. Really nice weather. George told me 4-5, so I went out pacing for a restrained 5. Maybe too restrained, in the end, because that was a bit slow. But better that than too quick, and I was a bit worried about my foot. For some reason, I also woke feeling tired this morning. Ended up running 8K in 32:40 - splits of 6:32, 6:36, 6:31, 6:35, 6:26 (so much more erratic than my norm). Soloed the whole thing, essentially. averaged 6:35 pace. .
Foot slightly ouchy the whole time, but not too bad.
Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (2x8 at 135, 155) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30)
