Temp 32, DP 30. First track workout back - did 7x800, working with Emily, Jessica R, and some new guy. Tried to keep these under control and relaxed - still worked pretty hard - breathing was tough today for some reason.

Splits were: 3:05, 3:02, 3:00, 2:59, 2:59, 2:57, 3:00 (fell asleep a bit on the last).

One puff Foradil in the morning. Wore new Hitogamis for first time, breaking my rule of always wearing in an easy run first. But they worked out well.
