Temp 25, DP -7; wind of 15 MPH from NW.
Took Custis to W&OD to Falls Church, where I did Van Buren/Columbia/Noland/Rt 7/Lee/W&OD/Van Buren, then took the W&OD and Custis back home. Felt good. Drills and 2 flat strides after.
L/R balance 49.1/50.9
Wore black jacket, medium tights, and mittens with handwarmers - felt perfectly dressed.
