Temp and DP 70 - ragweed high
Attempted 5 mile tempo that became 3 - I started off fine (and conservative, I thought) but started to struggle with my breathing 2 miles in. Made it to 3 miles and bailed. Ugh. Worked with Chris Carney, Chris Mills, Brent, Aurelia, and Romain. Split 6:32/6:32/6:35
Wore Takumi Sens, and they rubbed the back of my ankles because the socks were too low. Lovely.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted caramel and smores GUs, and coconut stroopwafel - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and a puff of rescue before workout; 3 more puffs after to get my breathing back under control.
