Notes
Temp and DP 53, wind of 16 MPH from S, supposedly (didn't feel that strong).
Did 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, 2x200 in 4:42, 4:38, 3:02, 2:58, 86, 83, 42, and 41. Recoveries were all 400m in between 2:39 and 2:50, with the exception of 200m recovery between the two 400s and between the two 200s (1:55 (traffic) and 1:16).
Worked with/trailed David K, Jenn, Thomas, Brent, Carolyn, Melissa, and Dani. Felt very stiff and tight early in the workout, so I eased my way in. Felt much better by the end, and the 200s didn't feel bad.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue to be safe.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and salted watermelon and smores GUs. Sat well.
