Temp 48, DP 45, wind from south at 3 mph, pollen of 7.9.

Did a track workout of 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400 in 5:13, 5:02, 3:13, 3:12, 92, and 93. Worked with group of Lauren, Tisha, and Elinor for the most part. Recoveries ranged from OK (2:42) to ridiculous (4:02). It's going to be awkward, but I really just need to tag along behind a different faster group to make sure the recoveries stay under control.

Felt very tight for the first 1200, and then looser. It really feels like a combination of ankles being locked at first (despite all the mobility I do for them) and my hamstrings firing for too long and restricting my gait. My shoes were also way too loose for the first rep, so that could be part of it.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.

Breathing was advair 250/50 and Qvar plus two puffs of rescue. Breathing fine for workout.

Wore sports bra for workout - would have overheated otherwise.

L/R balance was 49.5/50.5
