Notes

Temp 45, DP 38. Tempo/interval workout of 3200 (800 recovery), 1600 (500 recovery), 800 (I thought we were doing 2x8, but oh well. Also tacked on some 200s.

Ran 12:32 (6:16/6:16), 6:02, 2:52, and then 38 and 38. Felt decent. I'm going out just a hair too fast still on these, meaning that I'm doing even splits instead of hard negative, but that will improve. I'm just letting myself get dragged out a bit with my old group right now.

Did Injury prevention work at gym, including Squats (3x6 at 135, 150, 160, plus a few at 65 to practice form), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30) and KB swings (2x15 at 20).

Pollen pretty lousy today. Took two puffs of Dulera, and no asthma attack, so yay. Breathing was still hard, and lots of congestion, but that's normal.
