Temp and DP 48; light rain, wind of 3mph from NW, pollen of 10.1 (but presumably not while raining)
Ran from home out Custis to W&OD down to Columbia Pike and back, looping around school. Wore rain coat and tights and was overdressed. Drills and 4 strides after.
