Temp 72, DP 63. Picked up Custis and took it to MV trail to 14th St Bridge (with stop at Starbucks at Spout Run for bathroom break). Then took Ohio Drive over to Independence (slight detour due to Wonder Woman filming) before running past Lincoln and taking Constitution to 20th to 19th to I st.
Drills and four strides before Golds. Definitely dragging at first.
