Temp/DP 57; Garmin says no wind but I definitely noticed a wind from the north.

Did 2x800, 2x1200, 2x800, and then 2x200. Mostly worked with Lauren and trailed Bailey, Dave, and some others.

Felt very sluggish and tired.

Splits were 3:13, 3:11, 4:52, 4:50, 3:12, 3:06, 43, and 42. Recoveries of 2:4x-2:5x after all the 800s/1200s (longer after the 1200s). Full recovery for the 200s.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry gus and berry stroop wafel. Stomach OK for workout, a bit off before.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of inhaler during warm-up. Breathing OK, but not great.

Taped right ankle and wore ankle braces.
