Temp and DP 60. 8K tempo on the track in 33 minutes flat (6:45/6:35/6:38/6:37/6:26). Worked with Kate H-W for first 5K, then soloed the rest. Felt very in control on this one. Supposedly humid, but didn't bother me too much.

Warmed up by jogging Custis to track and then finished on track. I like the longer warm-up, but wish I'd done more than one stride. For cooldown, took Quincy to Lee to CVS, then Custis to Glebe to Wilson and Golds. After Golds, took Wilson to Stuart to the pool.

One puff foradil in morning; 2 puffs Albuterol right before workout.
