Temp 54, DP 40. Ran from yoga to do 5th and Pershing to Glebe, then took Wilson out to Harrison to pick up Custis. Took Custis to Georgetown, and then did drills, 2 strides, and 2 hill sprints, before continuing on to Whole Foods.
Broke my 9:00 or slower rule, but since net downhill, I'll give myself a pass
